How to reach us from Arlanda Airport
Only an hour´s travel by train. Choose the Arlanda Express to Stockholm Central, then the train towards Eskilstuna/Hallsberg. Your stop is Läggesta Station, from where there are connecting buses to Mariefred (3 km).
If requested we can pre-book at taxi directly to the inn.

The best way to reach us from Stockholm

By car
Take the E4/E20 to Södertälje. Continue on the E20 towards Göteborg. After about 20 minutes take road number 223 towards Mariefred.
Follow the signs to the centre.

By train
From the Central Station to Läggesta (trains towards Eskilstuna/Hallsberg), journey time 37 minutes. There are connecting buses from Läggesta Station to Mariefred. If requested we can pre-book a taxi directly to the inn.
During the summer you can reach us by the steam train from Läggesta.

By steamer
During the summer the steamer S/S Mariefred sails from the Town Hall jetty (Stadshuskajen) in Stockholm to Mariefred.
